Conscious Relaxation & Yogic Sleep

In the midst of all your holiday festivities, be sure to take time for yourself with this restorative practice so you can fully enjoy the season! Be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible! We begin with a unique series of poses. Using props (blocks, blanket, etc.) and sustaining the poses for 5-10 minutes each, we achieve the physical benefits of all your favorite backbends, forward bends & twists, while calming the central nervous system. Then we experience complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation with a guided meditation and visualization in Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. Bring 3 blankets or beach towels if possible.
