We begin with a unique series of poses. Using props (blocks, blanket, etc.) and sustaining the poses for 5-10 minutes each, we achieve the physical benefits of all your favorite backbends, forward bends & twists, while calming the central nervous system. Then we experience complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation with a guided meditation and visualization in Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. Bring 3 blankets or beach towels if possible.
